Are there social activities?
We have social acitivities on a daily basis. We offer an exercise program, bingo, current events, movies, day trips, birthday celebrations, knitting classes and many other activities.
Is there a sprinkler system in each apartment?
Yes, each apartment as well as the common areas has sprinklers and each apartment has smoke detectors.
Will there be a rental increase?
When your lease is renewed after one year, there is an increase.
Is there a fee for the transportation service?
There is no transportation fee.
Is there a fee for parking?
There is no fee for parking and parking is not assigned. We have plenty of parking on site.
Is there a dining hall?
No, there is no dining hall. Each resident is responsible for their own meals. Livingston does offer Meals on Wheels.
Who is responsible for utilities?
The resident is responsible for electric (heat is electric), cable and phone. Cedar Street Commons is responsible for hot water.
